We use multiple applications in Intellect QMS to consolidate our QMS activities in one platform. Before Intellect QMS, our processes, documents and records were scattered all over Sharepoint with little oversight or control. Now we manage daily activity for document control, corrective actions, nonconformance management, auditing and other QMS functions with interconnected applications available to all users.

This is a great platform for a small but quickly growing organization. It works well out of the box without a lot of bells and whistles but can be configured for specific needs. Migrating "legacy" processes, data and culture requires a lot of up front training but is worth the effort. Customer support is top-notch, and a single administrator can manage multiple applications.
We use Intellect to handle our day to day Quality Management tasks within our organization. Allows us to handle document revision control and other quality management tasks. We use the surrounding apps to feed into the Document Control process. This helps us address any changes that are made as a result of change requests, CAPAs, NCRs, or other related activities.

The QMS is well suited for standardizing the steps that go along with a process. The workflows and activity ownership makes it very easy to make sure that processes are completed according to the way the workflow is displayed. It becomes very simple to track down the stage at which a process is at. Processes are done in a linear orderly manner.
We are using intellect to better our quality at our organization. Before intellect, we were using a lot of excel and sharepoint to manage. It made sense for us to start looking into a QMS that could do all of this for us!

I love that Intellect is SO easy to use! It make teaching our team a breeze. Having a system that is completely customizable is a game changer. We looked at several other QMS companies and as I was looking I kept thinking how there were things we would never use of if I could change that how much more it would work for us. Well with Intellect you get that! I love being able to design our site to fit our needs.
Intellect helps me keep track of documents and allows me to assign and look back on training records. Its easy to use workflow setting helps me determine which stage of the training process an employee is in. I am also able to filter through past records and documents and download everything I need to complete my tasks. I often use the program to look up yearly training records and to determine the status of of each employees training, as well as to find out which version of a document they last read. Everything is neatly kept in file and I don't have to worry about losing any records.

We use Intellect as quality management tool. We use it to store test procedures, quality documents, CAPA records, risk assessments, customer feedback, and equipment information. Intellect is used daily for accessing written procedures and work instructions, locating equipment, recording equipment maintenance or issues, and managing changes. It provides us with one easy to use, central location for documents and records.

It is very flexible. The system is used for overall QMS applications but we are able to manage specific issues here too including reference documents that do not have to be revised. Also creating inspections to store data that is easily retrievable. It has the capability to product charts but it is not a strength
When we started working with Intellect, we have solved our problem with a lot of paperwork and consolidating our quality system. We are a manufacturing company with implemented restrictive quality system. We needed support in improving our QMS and help for us to grow. Intellect is very easy to use and intuitive eQMS system. It has lots of configuration options, easy-to-use app creator. No code platform - means you don't have to be a specialist to create new apps, all you need is proper training and you`re ready to go! System is affordable for small and medium companies. We have reported few minor issues with the system Mostly for the mobile app - it needs to be improved. Looks like it is left on its own and it needs some modifications. Sometimes doesn`t work properly on Android and IOS devices.

Intellect is a great system for integrating QMS in your company. It has all the necessary tools to consolidate all QMS actions. System has preconfigured applications, that will help and provide "soft start" for implementation. The more you work with Intellect, then the more aware you are how easy and helpful this system is. No code platform is a great option for advanced users - to improve preconfigured apps or to create new ones, perfectly suited for your needs!
The company transitioned from a manual system to QMS software. This increased our efficiency, reduced errors for controlling documents, and gave us the ability to create additional applications. to manage our quality management system. During discovery and implementation, we
realized how powerful this tool actually was and set a roadmap to implement
