Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Interact is easy to use, and quite intuitive, and the system allows us to have a global intranet that provides information to our employee base in various regions. Interact also makes several updates, so I feel like we always get the latest and greatest.

Pros

  • The system was particularly useful during the coronavirus pandemic as it helped foster communication between colleagues and allowed us to create various fun and interactive morale-boosting activities.
  • The service desk is responsive and Interact is quick to point out any service issues.

Cons

  • A deeper analysis to cover the content life cycle would be useful.
  • From an administrative perspective, it is sometimes difficult to navigate to the settings you need to find.

You don't have to be a web developer to get the most out of Interact. The easy-to-use interface can empower stakeholders across the company to centralize their resources and make them more accessible, no matter how tech-savvy they are.
