IRISmart

IRISmart File is software for semi-automatic naming and classification of documents (electronic and paper). Presented as ideal for freelancers, microbusinesses and SME, IRISmart File helps carry out long, slow everyday administrative tasks, for those who wants to file a large amount of paper or electronic files. Can be used to manage contracts, bids, medical certificates, minutes, legal reports or architectural plans; the solution sorts semi-automatically on a hyper-structured, consistent basis, to support sharing and quick retrieval.

IRISmart Security, the higher tier edition of IRISmart File, is software to boost registration processes, for Windows, for extracting customers’ personal data from their ID cards or passports. After scanned ID cards and passports have been processed, a daily folder is created. This folder contains a central Excel file (with automatic indexing of the extracted metadata), along with images of the passports, ID cards, and other scanned documents (.TIF format).
