What is RIB 4.0?
Developed to meet the needs of contractors and owners of midsize to enterprise-level businesses within the construction industry, RIB 4.0, or iTWO, helps users keep track of construction projects through its lifecycle. By using 5D technology, businesses are able to simulate the construction process and predict a number of variables.
RIB offers custom fields and data rows for long-term projects, as well as projects with multiple scope items. The solution can also integrate with most 2D and 3D takeoff systems to provide estimating information based on the takeoff system.
With RIB iTWO, project progress is tracked in real-time and updated on a daily basis, such as the time project will take to reach completion and total costs. Stakeholders can view information about a project through a single point of entry and can pull over multiple interactive reports.
The flagship 4.0 platform integrates the 3D BIM model with project schedule (4th D) and cost (5th D) for design-to-delivery management, realizing end-to-end digital planning and physical construction in a cloud-based integrated platforn.
