Invoice 1PD4896 My experience has been extremly bad and i can't say I will ever use this company ever again as I've learned my lesson. paid for a service had the worst experience ever and now there are extra charges? When you give someone a 5hr window for pickup and they don't show, then the pickup party has to find transporation to get the shipment to the carrier! not to mention it was a 3 day delivery that took a week. Then it arrives and now everyone wants to charge for extras? After the fact? Is that a good experience? I ask? I really should be compensated for all the inconveneince, this has been a bit of problem worrying about wether this shippment was going to make it to me and the other party worry if he was going to delivery is across the country himself! But, no there is no compensation and you need to pay the balance. WOW, this is how you treat a new customer. This is only the start of my reivews as I will share this on to many platforms as I,m PISSED OFF about this company not understanding where the customer is coming from given this experience of this shippment. If you want the email chain I am more that happy to show how no one is willing to take care of this matter! This is the most rediculoius situation to be in ever and I'll make sure this compnany never get the business again. Thanks for a Unique experience!

I use this product and its application to find the best truckkers at the most affordable prices.

The application is pretty simple and easy to use, since all applications carry some glitches the same is common with this product too. Compartively the attractive pricing compels the businees we are in to go for such solutions.

Even though at times finding lowest prices may become difficult but the market purview, the application's credibility still maintains us as one of its customers. The convenience, provision of solutions do not bind my company to work with just 1 solution provider giving me the flexibility and leverage I as a customer deserve. Logistics is a mess when you are unable to track shipments but the ease of access provided by the app usually solves those problems keeping you informed and updated about tge current location, distance left, expected arrival times helping to plan better and in advance.

All in all its a good addition to the already developed logistics eco system - a good to have product that usually meets but at times can also exceed expectations. The cons will be there but the positives out rank the negatives.
