a great tool however credit usage is unclear per action and seems high at times. The tool has strong accuracy in lead generation, adequate outbound assistance, however a high quality can be achieved by your own efforts. Overall I would recommend using Jeeva just be aware of credit usage and keep an eye on cost and email outreach personalisation

Jeeva is well suited to the early stages of lead data collection and contact data requirements, it has room to improve on the full scope offering that it markets, good product and better than most "AI outbound" efforts on the market - not a huge fan of the AI linkedin feature as it comes across very fake to prospects, a good idea that could do with improvement, i.e. non AI generated profile photos, more customisation of the profile, AI outbound from the actual users profile, etc.

I use Jeeva for a full prospecting workflow. I put in the vertical that I wanted to target, and Jeeva's AI went through and found contact information for several businesses within that vertical. Then, it took an email sample from me and wrote opening emails with follow-ups to send out to those generated leads. You can set it up to then follow up again. It's a great AI and so easy that I set up a running campaign within just an hour or so.

I really love the AI-generated leads and the workflow settings. Having everything in the app makes it a lot easier to execute a campaign. If you are looking for a way to implement campaigns on several different verticals, this is a great app for your business. It also seamlessly interacts with your CRM to create a better workflow for everyone in the company.

I use Jeeva for sales prospecting for employee titles, emails and LinkedIn profiles. I have found that Jeeva has very little bounced emails. The percentage of good emails and mobile numbers are better than other programs that I have investigated. I also found that the company search and enhancements are very up to date.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Jeeva at Deskly to collaboratively run our email campaigns with high efficiency and ease between our team, the platfrom as a whole is incredible offering many very very helpful tools such as lead finders and lead enrichment but my favourite thing about it is how well rounded it is as a software allowing the users to basiaclly run their entire outreach for their business from one platform in just a few clicks, the team at Jeeva also are very quick to respond to problems and their support is always top notch, Definitely recommend Jeeva for any scaling or beginning business owners!

We use Involve.ai as a tool to help us monitor customer health, predict churn and identify add-on and upsell opportunities. Involve.ai has helped us pull in data across multiple sources (product usage, CSAT, NPS, support ticket type/volume, and sentiment from calls/emails) to give us a more holistic view of customer health.
