JobApt is a job board template software by Arca24 that allows publishing job ads, screening and selecting candidates, without the need for software development and maintenance skills, available in 6 languages. It represents client's brand and allows to publish jobs as well as for searching profiles directly in the portal DB.

The ATS provides with a semantic engine able to read the skills sought in job offers from CVs, compare them and identify the most compatible profiles. The software displays the list of candidates sorted by degree of compatibility, considering both passive candidates present in the CV database and active candidates who have applied for a given job offer.

It offers several integrations like a soft skill tests, language tests and video interviews.
