Jolt has helped us implement a digital platform for our Food Safety Checklists, as well as multiple other checklists for new product rollouts, surveys, and leadership activities.

Jolt improves operations by leveraging technology and depleting the need for paper clutter and waste. It also improves employees’ technological knowledge by requiring them to get used to using technology on a daily work basis. Reports are easily available and save administrative time compared to manually flipping through multiple workbooks or sheets to find results and key metrics. Jolt also reduces “pencil whipping” of forms, as they have deadlines and cannot be completed leisurely.

Our business initially signed on with Jolt, looking for a better way to manage employee accountability and productivity. That was eight years ago now, and we couldn't imagine a day in the life of our business without using Jolt. Running a busy dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility has many moving parts, various shifts, and a whole host of services to track 365 days per year. We use Jolt for everything from employee onboarding to new dog evaluation visits, facility security audits, and employee reviews. Another feature we love is the information library our staff always has at their fingertips. We've loaded our entire facility's standard operating procedures into this database, including instructional photos and hands-on video instruction. Our team is never more than a click away from essential data to keep our facility running smoothly. We've integrated Jolt into the fabric of our business operations, and it has never let us down. Additionally, in recent years, we've noticed the addition of more support services and have a lovely Customer Service Success manager who is available if we have any issues. Hands down, we recommend Jolt for any business of any size.

We use Jolt in our restaurant for scheduling, time off requests and completing checklists. Scheduling really has been helpful to our staff as they can see all changes in real time on their phones. Time off requests are also very quick and can be done in seconds!

Jolt has been great for scheduling, time off requests and checklist completion! Jolt let's us know who is responsible for not completing things and whether or not they complete items correctly.

We decided to purchase Jolt to ensure processes were being executed. Some of the internal work flow problems were team members not completing tasks in a timely manner or at all and unsure of what to do during non-peak hours. We also were using an internal POS scheduling tool which was very cumbersome. Since purchasing the checklist and scheduling features in Jolt our operations have become smoother and more tasks are being completed in the restaurant. I have personally saved hours of time on creating schedules.

I've rated Jolt a 9 based on the fact that not all email domains are compatible. icloud.com for example will not allow employees to register and utilize Jolt Lite for scheduling. This is a major problem for those employees who use this domain as their primary email. The technology needs improvement as well as app technology. Other than that Jolt is very easy to use.

We got introduced to Jolt, not too long ago. I was trained how to create lists, view reports, etc. I have created a couple of lists to help with our company. One is High Risk Checklist which helps the restaurants reassure that they are ready food FS ! I have recently created the FAST Assessment checklist to help improve Speed of Service at those locations that are extreme outliers. While creating these checklist, I have contacted Sadie and she is quick to jump on call and support in any way! I like the fact that I know if I make a mistake, we can reach out and Sadie will help!

We use it to track temperature of our equipment and use the checklists. It makes keeping an eye on temps very easy and helps us with checklists for our different shifts throughout the day.

For us the temp sensor monitoring have been a big insurance policy to make sure our refrigeration equipment is working the way it should be. Its has helped troubleshoot things that regular maintenance can't monitor.

I've been relying on Jolt for several years now, and it's been an invaluable tool for our growing restaurant business. Recently, we expanded to a second location, and Jolt made the transition remarkably smooth. I currently use Jolt in my 2 store locations. It is simple to implement and user friendly. The scheduling aspect of the program is clear and easy to follow, we also use the checklists, labeling, and sensor (temp) tools. It makes for a clean and efficient way to keep track of product, employee duties and important items in our workplace.

Jolt is the first time that I am able to hold my staff accountable in real-time and ensure that tasks are completed in the proper manner.
