We use this tool to manage all of our training for new team members in order to get them up to speed on our processes and learnings. It provides easy access to onboard new people and saves our team time by providing information that would otherwise have to be covered individually.
Pros

- The platform is simple to use and is intuitive
Cons
- The interface can be a bit confusing at times
- the dashboard could be a bit improved
- With we had more control over admin pieces such as notifications and the backend interface
