Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Kaspersky Security Awareness in our organization to provide cybersecurity awareness training and phishing campaigns. The platform is very comprehensive, covering 450 basic skills at various levels: beginner, basic, intermediate and advanced.A great advantage of the platform is the phishing campaigns, which allow us to customize the content and choose the different domains to send the phishing.There are also no limits on campaigns and sendings, whether general or targeted campaigns.

Cons

I wish we could attach a custom file to the phishing
I wish there was a way to edit the return screen when a user clicks on the phishing.
I would like there to be an integration with Google Workspace, to add a feature to Gmail, for the user to report as phishing, like there is for 365.

Kaspersky Security Awareness is recommended for companies that need to provide cybersecurity training to many users. It is easy to manage and the features are intuitive to users.I think it is suitable for most scenarios, as new features are implemented every six months and they have a portal where customers can suggest new features.

It would be good to have more languages available
Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected to charge all resources

Likelihood to Recommend

We receieve a lot of emails per day. And I mean a Lot. Said that, this program has been useful because it shows how to analyse emails and detect possible phisihing attacks. The knowledge of emails is pretty big and means you are always up to date in terms of scam emails. For daily use it's pretty useful.
