Good product. Fair, not great, support
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Kiteworks for secure external file sharing. It is useful for securing and encrypting our data when shared externally. It is useful in that we can share very large files with different customers without each external customer knowing who the other customers are.
Pros

- Keeping our external clients hidden from each other when sharing the files.
Cons
- Encrypting our files appears to be less than 100% complete
- Software updates cannot be scheduled to take place automatically like their old product
- Detailed activity logging is not available to administrators. You must submit the logs to Accellion for analysis.

Return on Investment
- We have tried to move to other products but our users will have nothing of that.
- We migrated from the Accellion MFT product with relative ease.
- We have less than 100 users, using over 1.5 TB of space, so it's a very popular product.
