Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We leverage Knak to create all of our in-funnel emails and landing pages. It's drastically improved the speed at which we can deliver new templates, emails, and landing pages without needing internal development expertise. Last year, with Knak's help, we launched over 250 experiments across our funnel. All in all their technology is great, their team is incredibly helpful and they've played a huge role in the improvement of our prospective student experience.

Cons

Knak - A great solution with great support

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Knak daily to develop email marketing materials for our Marketo instance and for our sales team as Outlook Templates in the field. It addresses the business problem of requiring an in-house coder or developer to create our Marketo emails.

Pros

  • Allows for responsive email template design
  • Easy to organize emails
  • Great syncing and updating for existing emails

Cons

  • Sometimes there are issues with buggy code
  • Updates sometimes will break emails

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have Marketo or Pardot and have emails that might be somewhat simple to slightly complex, without the budget for a developer, Knak is the right solution for you. If you have complex emails that require a lot of code or customization and have the in-house resources, Knak might not be the perfect solution.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Knak for our email templates in Marketo. They offer great templates that are mobile optimized, and its so so easy to customize a template and import it into Marketo for immediate use - no development required.

  • Well designed templates
  • Easy integration with Marketo
  • New templates all the time and a big library to choose from
  • Mobile-optimized templates

Cons

  • It'd be cool to be able to tweak certain elements of templates - image placement, for example.
  • Integration with other marketing automation platforms
