What is Kojensi?

Kojensi is a secure, multi-level security platform for the secure sharing and collaboration of sensitive and classified files. It is designed for Defence, Intelligence, Government and Defence Industry Suppliers who need the ability to share sensitive and classified information internally, with partners and clients - securely.

Kojensi is a multi-level security (MLS) classified file sharing and document collaboration software platform that enables productivity while managing the compliance and security of sensitive information. Unlike spending millions to build and manage an information sharing system, Kojensi enables secure, compartmentalized collaboration out of the box. By taking a data-centric, zero trust security approach, a file’s attributes such as security classification, organisation and country releasability, determine who is able to access, edit and download the file. Kojensi users can create, co-author and share documents in real-time in a platform built to ensure sensitive information remains need to know.

  • Establish secure workspaces to collaborate across organisations, while ensuring only cleared users see sensitive information
  • Control access and sharing with granular, zero trust ABAC policies including security classification, country and organisational releasability.
  • Work with multiple people outside of the organisation, all with different compliance requirements
  • Assists with meeting Australian Defence requirements such as ISM, DISP and PSPF, as well as US requirements (ITAR, CMMC, NIST).
  • Securely share files with different export controls internally, with partners and with Defence within a single repository that enforces appropriate information barriers.
  • Collaborate real-time on the same document, without having to send multiple versions through email
  • Share large files quickly, in a highly secure environment

Kojensi enables information owners to set and enforce strict control over information access and sharing, using Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC). Access is only granted once a user meets the requirements to release a file to them based on based on key attributes including a user’s organisation, nationality, clearance, and compartmentalisation of information.
Kojensi has inbuilt ITAR controls to assist organizations with meeting their compliance obligations. With Kojensi, securely share any number of files that may have different export controls internally, with partners and with Defence – all within a single repository that enforces appropriate information barriers, only providing access to the right people. Kojensi visually alerts the users that they are working on export controlled materials to reduce human error.
