Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We primarily use Midigator for chargeback prevention. We're planning to start using it for disputes as well.

- Offer professional services for setting up Dispute Flow responses.
- Try to get the person's name in the disputes. This is likely because that's all the data the processors provide, but if we could have the name, we could process these in about half the time.
