KPMG was brought in for a payroll and HR Compliance audit when the fintech startup I was working for was going through an acquisition/sale process. I was involved with providing payroll, payroll tax, personnel, benefits, and other human resources and additional financial data to KPMG for their due diligence process for the buyer.

KPMG is currently an Oracle Transportation Management focusing on Global Trade Management implementation partner in North America and Canada. We have customers who are non compliant with the recent changes made by the government when it comes to trade compliance, tax rebates etc.KPMG has helped support our customers by building out specific processes.

  • Work on connecting with customers, not just on a business level but to get to know your customer ambitions (…applying for a promotion)

  • Know when to stop selling and work on relationship building
