I use LinkedIn Jobs to recruit for my hard to fill positions. The positions I utilize this for are positions with a very specific skillset and qualifications. This particular engine doesn't generate a lot of candidates, but the right candidates. I don't have to worry as much to receive an influx of unqualified candidates.

We used LinkedIn Jobs in our office for sourcing the right candidates, positing the job, and job application so it's very helpful to improve our carrier and our office growth also. It's very helpful for time management and to get a perfect job offer from tier 1 companies so it's scope for employees.

  • If anyone mentioned opentowork we can communicate them for our work
  • We can post the our job requirements.

  • The first thing LinkedIn Jobs are used for unemplyees or job looking candidates.
  • If we request to someone for a job requirements, if they accept only we can communicate them or else we couldn't not reach them.

  • It's an easy way to figure out the good companies.
  • It's an easy access to apply the jobs and we can get a direct notification also for job opening so we reach them easily

  • If we receive notification of job openings, we can directly apply for these roles to gain knowledge and skills that match the ratings of those openings.
  • We add the skills through jobs if that match or not.
  • It will be more helpful to apply the job openings, and we can reach out them directly who post the job to gain all information from them.

  • The positive is we can find the jobs through LinkedIn Jobs what we need like Part time jobs or Full-time jobs or Contracts jobs.
  • LinkedIn Jobs are more useful for freshers also. they can find the jobs easily and find the good companies.
  • The job poster should not respond properly it takes some time to respond to our job application so sometimes I face the issue.

Its structure is well detailed, organized, and easy to use, having a beautiful and functional design. It becomes very useful in our company because it makes it easier for both the candidate and the company to choose, it filters in a simple and organized way the best profiles for the ideal vacancies and also has a good selection process within the system.
