Litera PS/Ship

PS/Ship, by Litera since the January 2022 acquisition, is software used to make shipping, carrier invoice processing, and inbound package tracking, easier. Employees can use it to ship and manage packages directly from their desktop. The solution is used to modernize an arcane workflow by eliminating the need for the management of stand-alone shipping, package tracking systems, and manual invoice reconciliation.

The suite includes 4 specific products

• PS/Ship enables employees to make better shipping decisions and enforces accountability for shipping expenses.
• PS/Invoice is a single platform to process invoices making it easier and more efficient to review, pay, allocate and recover costs.
  
• PS/Receiver gives mailroom staff data intelligence, and is used to receive and route inbound packages quickly, accurately, and with a fully searchable history for chain of custody inquires.
  
• PS/Pouch makes a pouch network reliable enough for the most important deliveries.
