Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoToAssist on a daily basis providing support to our customers. Configuration, setup, and migrations are different things we have used GoToAssist for.

Pros

  • Remote control.
  • Unattended support.
  • Recording support.

Cons

  • Support on MAC desktop.
  • Improve the Web base client connection delay.
  • Add Chromebooks to support.

Likelihood to Recommend

GoToAssist is the best support tool that will give full necessary access to Windows computers without much of an issue. Once you connect with Admin rights you will be able to help the user without blockers. Issues in MAC are all security settings that need to be done from the client side that make the support call longer.
