Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform as our end to end recruitment/search software for our CRM/ATS and outreach product in order to undertake search activities across our chosen markets across different geographies and time zones

Cons

The training could be significantly expanded
Some of the "basics" covered on more legacy crm/ATS software not adequately addressed by Loxo
The interview process on Loxo is not intuitive and feels underdeveloped

It's great if paying for full suite of products and if you had a limited footprint within a market and needed traction. It definitely lends itself to the next generation of recruiters and does leverage AI well. It's fast and generally a stable platform that is fairly intuitive to use from the outset
