Lucidya AI analysis for trending topics and costumers opinion is very insightful and helpful to make business discussions as it tracks the impact of marketing campaigns and social media content and how audience interacts with it and what are the most effective initiatives for marketing and promotions that your costumers and interested in.

Lucidya has been used by my organization to make deep research and analysis for our clients. We used it to know the feedback of the customers of our clients in order to make good marketing and communication strategies. It was useful to divide the content into positive, negative and neutral. However, The main problem that Lucidya have is that they don't analyze the content itself to know what exactly the customers are saying about our clients.
