Likelihood to Recommend

Lusha is a great complementary tool, that is best used when combined with another contact data tool. My team used Lusha to fill in the gaps where the other platform was missing and it did a great job. The main strength of Lusha in my opinion was when my team was prospecting international prospects and we found that Lusha's information was much more accurate than their competitors.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Lusha as a supplementary data provider to support our outbound prospecting efforts. We had struggled with getting reliable contact data for prospects, and Lusha provided a second source of contact data to fill in the gaps.

Pros

  • their database has contact information that other providers don't
  • web extension allows for editing of contact data before pushing to crm
  • web extension allows for sequencing automatically, saving time

Cons

  • Mapping to CRM accounts could be tricky
  • Web extension can sometimes get in the way

Likelihood to Recommend

It's been particularly helpful in uncovering contact details for high-level individuals at target accounts, as well as sourcing phone numbers for direct outreach.

Lusha excels in scenarios where traditional methods fall short, such as finding contacts in niche companies or verifying the accuracy of existing email addresses. Like all providers, data accuracy can occasionally be an issue.

Overall, Lusha is a valuable asset for targeted prospecting efforts, particularly for phone outreach and niche markets.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we use it to find prospect to find specifically recruitment business owners only phone numbers and also emails that are correct. We use this information so we can then call them and find out if they have the problems our software solves being marketing and business development related. If they do and in position to solve the challenges we organise a demo to show the software on the phone.

Pros

  • provides phone numbers of recruitment business owners
  • provides correct email addresses of recruitment business owners
  • list of key decision makers both directors but senior leaders
  • to create lists of organisations within recruitment in UK

Cons

  • does not find all correct numbers and sometimes get the wrong persons number or number is deactived
  • emails sometimes bounce and incorrect format found
  • old peoples emails or numbers not up to date old business

Likelihood to Recommend

Lusha is great for finding accurate phone numbers of recruitment owners so can cold call to find out if they have the business challenges our software solves. A scenario where it is annoying is when you build out lists of owners and the mobile number given is incorrect and no other found so revert to emailing or calling mainline but not as effective as a direct call.

We use it to find leads on Linkedin, where Lusha auto populates the number and email of our ideal client profile.

Main business problem this solves is sales intelligence, the biggest problem in direct sales is finding contact information of our potential customers, Lusha helps solves that for us as we primarily prospect on Linkedin.

  • Filter leads
  • Integration with CRM

Lusha is suitable if you have the budget for it. It's a very simple product, that's plug and play. If you want to do your customer relationship management within Lusha, that's less than ideal but still doable. Lusha review

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Both in LinkedIn and our CRM, Lusha helps by getting accurate phone numbers as a member of the sales team. It's the only one where, in the CRM, Lusha will automatically open up with mobile numbers, which is a small QoL feature that saves you a lot of time when re-checking accounts for numbers.

We have tried out 3 different "scraping tools" and Lusha is by far the most accurate for European countries as finding mobile numbers for DM's.

Pros

  • Finding Mobile numbers of DM's in Europe
  • Good UI/UX
  • Handy CRM feature, pop-up, other similar tools don't have this

Cons

  • Unclear where room for improvement, as an end user it's by far the best tool I've used out of the 4 similar tools I have used

Likelihood to Recommend

For any organisation that has a B2B sales team and is serious about sales.

A proper CRM, LinkedIn SalesNav and Lusha is a key components of your tech stack, in my opinion.
