What is Mailfence?
Mailfence is a secure and private email collaboration suite that offers OpenPGP encryption. The solution includes a suite of features such as Mailfence Email, Documents, Calendar, and Contacts.
Each feature has an integrated group functionality called Mailfence Groups
that users can use to collaborate with their team. Mailfence supports standards like IMAP, POP, SMTP,
CalDAV, etc., so users are not restricted to using the Mailfence
interface but instead may continue using their favorite services synchronized
with Mailfence.
To boost security Mailfence offers two-factor
authentication and the ability to setup specific passwords for IMAP,
POP, and all of the other standards. Additionally, users may use digital signatures to increase the security of their emails. Finally, Mailfence does not scan nor track users compared to BigTech email providers, and Mailfence does not place hidden cookies when browsing.
