Device control plus by ManageEngine essentially addresses the issues we previously had in allowing third parties temporary access to corporate devices while also helping with both file access and transfer control across all devices within the enterprise network. The ability to maintain a global trusted device list saves a lot of maintenance time as well.

Remote control access is absolutely the best feature of ManageEngine's device control plus in my eyes. It works pretty seamlessly irrespective of differences in hardware or software versions and tooltips and help are widely available. It's very easy to give temporary access, which can be incredibly useful when using third parties for short time periods.
