Pros

  • This product offers great functionality to optimize a business's supply chain processes.
  • I like that it is easy to use.
  • Pretty much self explanatory once you get logged in.

Cons

  • I don't get very many orders that have to be routed through this portal.
  • If it has been a while since logging in, I have to request that my account be unlocked.
  • While there was great functionality, the ability to custom tailor the platform to a unique business process was limited.
