Meetin.gs was a software product that our office tried for a short time to organize and manage web meetings within our office. The product was generally adequate for our internal meetings and scheduling, but we ultimately went with a more well-known product.

From my experience, Meetin.gs has limited functionality, but gets the job done for small, internal meetings. I feel it would not work well for larger meetings and those with third parties.

This is a great way to keep your meetings organized and enhance customer interaction. The problem typically is getting a customer back on the phone after an initial call. Meetin.gs helps solve that with an interactive meeting interface. In our specific use case, a deal can range from $1,000 - $10,000 each that is on the table waiting to be signed. Meetin.gs helps bridge the gap in communication and helps keep both sides organized to close more deals.

Meetin.gs is a great way to keep organized with its CRM features that is really helpful as serving as a “one stop shop”. It can help you keep in contact with your leads to ensure follow ups are being conducted.

We use Meetin.gs to interact with external clients, especially from APJ regions. We use this product to onboard our scale level customers and it helps us to connect with the client base.

Meetin.gs is not useful in day-to-day internal, small huddle settings. It's best used when the client base or attendee base is more than 10 people and for special purposes. It's best used for conferences, seminars, office hours, open forums, etc...

We have customers facing networking issues. Whenever they face a problem in their network, they open a ticket with us. We set up a meeting with them using Meetin.gs and work on the customer issue remotely. The app is simplified and makes it very easy to share the screen while also speaking with them in the process. The app helps us keep our customers happy and out of issues in their network.

Meetin.gs is best when it comes to interaction with customers to resolve their issues. Sharing a remote session while connected on audio does wonders. We can ask for any information which we find out or need during the remote session. In fact, I believe there are no scenarios where it cannot be put to use.

For my position especially I travel across several counties and work with multiple different agencies coordinating a number of different large projects. Keeping my meetings straight and organized is a top priority for me. In the old days, I could get by with a sticky note that said, "lunch with Bob on Thursday". I know too many Bobs now and lunch on Thursdays are impossible. Meetin.gs has made organizing my meetings easier and more productive than ever.

Anyone juggling a complex schedule without the assistance of a personal secretary would benefit tremendously from this platform. Meetin.gs seems to draw all of the best features from other calendars and organization programs and integrates them into one multi-function tool that is a game-changer for the super organized or those looking to become more organized.
