Metaroom by Amrax®

Metaroom by Amrax® is the technology platform behind the Metaroom Scan App and the Metaroom Workspace. These solutions provide spatial planners with the ability to digitize any space and get real-to-scale 3D room models that can be universally used in well-known CAD programs.

The platform has two main products:

• Metaroom Scan App is a 3D scanner app for iPhone Pro and iPad Pro devices*. The mobile app was designed for professionals to digitize spatial spaces in seconds and helps to create 3D room models.

• Metaroom Workspace serves as a 3D model management tool for the spatial spaces scanned using the Metaroom Scan App. With Metaroom Workspace, spatial planners can collaborate, edit and export scanned 3D room and building models, enabling integration into popular CAD programs.

• Time saved in creating 3D plans

How Metaroom solutions work:

1. SCAN: Use the Metaroom Scan App to scan a space within seconds. It can scan single rooms, multi-rooms, floors or entire buildings.
2. SEE: In minutes, access is given to a true-to-scale 3D model of the scanned space, complete with windows, doors, furniture and colors.
3. COLLABORATE: The 3D model can be edited and exported in the Metaroom Workspace and imported into popular CAD programs. It ensures compatibility across various formats.

What are the key features:

• Multiroom Scanning - scans multiple rooms in one go and produces a single, cohesive 3D model.
• Snapshots - set markers during scanning to indicate areas of importance. Snapshots can be fine-tuned later in the Metaroom Workspace. They can be enriched with information to represent important objects or connections with precision in the 3D model.
