mFax

We use mFax by Documo frequently in our organization. mFax is a simple way to fax, eliminating the need for a fax machine to be present in the office. It is highly efficient. We can send confidential materials over fax as well as confidential correspondence, which is very helpful to our firm. Documo allows us efficiency by sending our faxes without us ever having to leave our desk.

Documo is very well suited for general tasks many law firms need to do. We have increased the efficiency of our record requests to various entities by using documo. It is best suited for documents that are not too large. When you get into multiple hundreds of pages the fax may be pending for hours before it is confirmed sent.

mFax by Documo is being used at our law firm in all departments. It is the most cost-effective, efficient and user-friendly facsimile software system I have ever worked with in my capacity as a legal professional.

The confidentiality aspect of mFax is far superior to any fax machine. The virtual environment is perfect for the legal environment and I enjoy receiving my faxes from anywhere through my email. I cannot rave enough about how much I love mFax!
