I was forced to subscribe for another year to a system I had no interest in, and it cost me close to $10,000, in addition to the annual subscription, that it shouldn't have. … It cost me almost $10,000 to get MY DATA, after having to re-up for another year because they wouldn't provide it to me.

In regards to SugarCRM, the annual price tag was not in our budget at the time, plus we worried that it would not seamlessly support all of the Microsoft heavy software we were currently using. … We find the product overall useful, but our employer would have a preferred a free trial period prior to his purchase.
