Pros

  • Multiple people can edit at the same time.
  • Changes are saved automatically.
  • Can see where other people are editing in the document.

Cons

  • Sometimes formatting is difficult. It is different than formatting in the application.
  • When creating shapes, the shape will not adjust and will be frozen if I want to make it bigger or smaller.
  • Sometimes certain fonts do not show up the same in the application vs online.

One of the best tool to make any kind of presentation and report

Pros

  • Since I work in technical support, we use this tool everyday at the end of the shift to make the reports.
  • This is one of the best tool and very simple to use.
  • Since we received so many different severity tickets in my shift and we have to report it to the management and so this tool help a lot and show things clearly.
  • This tool have so many templates and themes available which makes it very suitable as per the requirement.
  • I love this tool and amazing to work on it. So many things to explore.

  • Sometimes I feel it takes more time to open.
  • Some functioning is difficult to use,.
  • We need a little KT to use this tool

  • There are so many templates and themes available in ppt.
  • We can present our data in various way( graph, bar, chart etc)
  • Very simple to use but still little KT is required
  • We can save it on OneDrive or Dropbox and can access it from anywhere in organization.
