Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We provide status updates on projects and create one-pagers on issues we see in the supply chain.

Pros

  • Multiple people can edit at the same time.
  • Changes are saved automatically.
  • Can see where other people are editing in the document.

Cons

  • Sometimes formatting is difficult. It is different than formatting in the application.
  • When creating shapes, the shape will not adjust and will be frozen if I want to make it bigger or smaller.
  • Sometimes certain fonts do not show up the same in the application vs online.

Microsoft Powerpoint Online addresses the need of providing complete communication on any level, from operational to top management, also allowing external communication with suppliers, general public and partners.

  • Since I work in technical support, we use this tool everyday at the end of the shift to make the reports.
  • This is one of the best tool and very simple to use.
  • Since we received so many different severity tickets in my shift and we have to report it to the management and so this tool help a lot and show things clearly.
  • This tool have so many templates and themes available which makes it very suitable as per the requirement.
  • I love this tool and amazing to work on it. So many things to explore.

  • We need a little KT to use this tool

  • We can save it on OneDrive or Dropbox and can access it from anywhere in organization.

  • The limitation of webfonts make it hard to include every font
  • Some animations are not the same (as desktop)
