We're using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate our CRM software Salesforce with various other applications like SAP, AD, Workday etc. The integrations are invoked as APIs majority as REST webservices and for a small number of functions as SOAP Webservice. Many of these services are also opened for external use by proper authentications in place.

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform can be beneficial to all customers with integration needs. There are platform entitlements that add features for every level of client needs. For just a few simple integrations, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform can be prohibitively expensive. While the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Platform is a newcomer to API management tools, it still manages to be feature-rich and offers many resources for both API development and deployment needs.

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is best tool in the market for developing APIs with complex structures communicating with various different types of applications including web applications as well as legacy applications. Also applications including database connectivity for fetching and updating data in the DB tables. I cant think of any scenario which MuleSoft Anypoint Platform could not be used for developing the integrations.

There, we have complete command and visibility over all of our infrastructure and application infrastructure. In addition, the Anypoint Platform gives us a place to work on designing our APIs in the RAML language and creating mock services to use in testing, which helps us get things out the door faster. As a company, we specialize in integrating disparate systems by exchanging data using RESTful APIs.

Anypoint Platform is ideal for a large corporation that values efficiency in setting up new environments. Once you log in to Anypoint Platform, you'll have immediate access to the production and staging environments. You can tailor your environment's parameters to your specific needs and requirements, but if you don't you can simply deploy and execute your APIs. Mule does not provide a plan with a price tag that is reasonable for small businesses to pay. Subscription and licensing costs are too costly for a young company.

A great alternative to Dell Boomi or other middleware products. I still think the user interface is evolving but it can be of significant use towards becoming an API-first company. Mulesoft Anypoint is a competitive solution for developing and deploying API for the organization. It is well documented, and easy to deploy and run.

The main use of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is to provide to our company the entire Cloud solution to host all RESTful APIs. There we can manage and monitor all our systems, having control and support for our applications.

Also, Anypoint Platform provides us a development environment to design our APIs on RAML language and also mock services to speed up the development and delivery. Our main business is system integration using RESTful APIs to exchange data between the systems.

[MuleSoft] Anypoint Platform fits for an enterprise company that wants to gain time with environment configuration. The deployment environment - pre-prod and prod - is ready to use once you access Anypoint Platform. It's true you can customize all configurations for your environment based on your requirements and needs, but if you don't, just deploy and run your APIs.

For small business, Mule doesn't have a low-cost subscription which can attend small companies. The subscription and license prices are too high for a startup with limited financial resources.

The platform itself houses our REST APIs which make requests and receive responses between our systems of record and our third-party processors that house our core application logic.

This also tends to simplify API management because they are segregated into the three groups and provide an additional layer of security. Anypoint is very effective at quickly exposing critical data to web apps, connected devices, vendor systems, and mobile devices in a secure way. It's also great for situations where you need to throttle access or requests to certain systems. The template development approach makes it easy to build reusable services across multiple points of integration.

Anypoint Platform is the next-gen tool that markets micro-service framework and is our go-to platform. It's being used across the Integration Team to move the existing integrations to Mule. The idea of micro-service which doesn't hamper the other services running is the major win for Anypoint.

We use Anypoint Platform to design Mulesoft based integration which works like backend for API implementation. This integration varies from Salesforce based integrations, Workday based integrations, and applications that need large scale data transformation capabilities. Anypoint platform has various tools like Anypoint flow designer which our business users use to build integrations.

Anypoint enables building API's backed up by integrations. It's ideal for SaaS-based integrations, for example, Salesforce and Workday. There are multiple orchestrations in the industry like integration orchestration, cloud orchestration, business process orchestration. Anypoint shines when it comes to integration. It's not ideal to use Mulesoft for cloud &amp; business process orchestration. API led connectivity is a big sell for Mulesoft, however comparing the cost to that of non-SaaS-based integration is a costly affair.
