In many instances, less expensive is not typically better - but in this case, it definitely has been a more positive experience from both quality and cost perspective. … Cost savings was the initial and primary driver, although I have found that the quality of the equipment provided with initial service was superior.

Lightspeed and DYL include texting in their normal plan as Fonality does not offer this feature in the plan I am in. … There is still some cost involved in calling tech support with issues and the time you must spend with the tech support group to get issues solved.
