Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Have just started using Newoldstamp but have been impressed with the flexibility in creating email signatures. We looked around at others but found Newoldstamp to provide the most flexibility in regards to getting the signature to look the way you want. We also like the fact that we can create a template and have it instantly apply to all of our employees vs. having to create a separate one for each team member. Makes edits and maintenance over time alot easier.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Newoldstamp is used to improve our company image and build trust with our new clients. It allows for our company to better brand our emails sent to new clients and allows for us to keep our branding consistent. Our clients have not had any form of visual rendering issues or spam, which is a huge plus!

Pros

Customer Service - Chat questions are always answered within minutes.
Reliable Product - Since we started using Newoldstamp it has been set it and forget it.
Low File Size - Has not caused any issue with clients receiving our emails.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints. It is a simple product that does exactly what you want it to do.

I actually recommend Newoldstamp to colleagues quite often. It is an excellent and simple product that does exactly what is promised. On the rare occasion that technical support was needed, the support team was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue promptly every single time. It seems as though I have been working with the same technical support people as well which I would assume means they have a high employee retention rate, this is always a plus.

Our entire team uses Newoldstamp for our email signatures. Our signatures list employee contact information, as well as social media information. It gives our email a cohesive look and unifies our responses when speaking with clients, vendors, suppliers, marketers, etc.

Pros

Numerous template options for signatures
Easy to add social media handles
Get a report based on signature clicks. Helpful to see how the signature is performing.

Cons

We had an issue installing the signature on Chrome, and had to download Safari to get the signature to not have underlines on it. This was the recommended fix by Support
If there is an update to be made across the entire team (new logo, promotion banner, etc.), each employee has to re-copy and re-paste the new signature. It doesn't take a lot of time, but I have to stay on top of everyone to make sure it's done. There might be a few days when the signatures don't match because some people do it faster than others

Newoldstamp is helpful for any company that is looking to create a unified email signature. It is helpful for small teams, but also for larger teams that have multiple departments and wish to create different signatures for different departments. It allows a user to integrate their website and social media handles into the signature, as well as track how well the company is doing receiving clicks. You can even add a banner for special promotions or announcements. The dashboard makes it relatively easy to edit.

We use Newoldstamp for all of our corporate email signatures. Everyone within our corporate team uses it. It helps us have a coherent and professional look and feel.

You pretty much have to go to support to adjust some more complicated aspects
Could be a bit more complex

Our support contact with Newoldstamp is amazing and super helpful. I needed to add color to part of my signature, so she coded it and told me how to do it. I needed a line break, so she helped me by updating our master signature, but then told me how to do it in the future. That's what more people should do, not only helping us, but teaching us for the future. It was such a positive experience.

There are many competitors in this market. I choose Newoldstamp because they have great customer service – who are reasonable and there is never a time that I have had to wait for a response. The product simply works and my clients never have issues installing, so that's good for me.

We are currently using Newoldstamp for all members of our company. We enjoy using this service as it is effective for our branding and makes our small company look professional.

Pros

Provides various options for signature blocks (always nice to have options)
Provides a section for banners (nice to advertise something new)
Provides analytics for clicks on links in our signature block
Provides various email platforms (we use Outlook)
Easy to set up/email instructions to employees

Cons

Would like an option to purchase one or two signatures additionally rather than just in bulk; as a small company, when we hire people, we just need one or two additional signatures
Allow us to design our own banners in the platform itself using our own pictures

I've been using Newoldstamp for quite a while now and love it!

It has made our company's email signatures look incredibly professional. I have no doubt that the impression it gives will have secured me more business.

In fact, I now turn my nose up at companies who approach me that don't have good email signatures (a bit shallow I know!!).

Design is very easy and there are a lot of options, plus a whole bunch of templates which can be adjusted.
