Pros

The finest use of Nextbee has been to increase brand loyalty among our core users. It has provided us the opportunity to focus on our main challenges and concerns in order to improve retention.
The software has a plethora of features designed to increase user engagement as well as a comprehensive collection of metrics and analytical insights that aid in program optimization.

Cons

There's plenty towards the admin dashboard, so it gets tricky to get used to the navigation and features.
Other than that it has been working flawlessly as expected.
