Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NiceJob to send surveys out to our current clients. It helps build customer reviews for potential prospects that are looking into our business and the feedback helps us to know if there are any areas we need to improve in.

Pros

Very easy to use.
Prevents you from sending a survey to the same customer twice.

Cons

Possibly after a certain amount of time being able to send a 2nd review to the same customer

I am the owner of a small company that produces a handmade line of jewelry which is sold to jewelry stores throughout the company and internationally. I used NiceJob to increase the number of Google reviews we had.

Pros

Works seamlessly with Google.
Great people.
Effective.

Cons

Quite costly for a small business.

NiceJob is a good company that is well suited to a mid-size organization or a small business with a large client base. It is perfect for these times where an online presence and good reviews are essential to sales. It is not especially suited to a smaller business with a smaller budget and fewer clients.
