The Nuance Digital Engagement Platform is a customer engagement platform featuring customer targeting, omni-channel customer interaction management, and an integration framework for apps and platforms used for contact (e.g. live chat), with automation and workforce management features (agent monitoring, coaching) as well. It is based on the TouchCommerce Conversation Platform acquired with TouchCommerce in 2016.
