Pros

  • A flexible tool that addresses both types of recruiting when most technology on the street is only focused on experienced hires.
  • Fantastic team that is responsive and open to suggestion, which, as a customer, it is important to know you have dedicated resources on your side. You're not just putting requests into an abyss. You have real people that respond and will provide answers and training as needed.
  • Interview scheduling is extremely useful and puts the onus on the candidate to sign up for their preferred times. This is critical in campus recruiting when there are short timeframes and a large number of candidates coming in for super days.

Cons

  • They are a growing company, which I appreciate, and they are putting more resources in areas that are helpful like Account Management, Training, and Technical issues. This will continue to improve and I appreciate that.
  • To my point above, there are times there are changes that are requested that may take longer to be made in your system.

Return on Investment

  • From an administrative aspect, it has allowed our small campus team to be more focused on the strategy, the candidates, and our business. The interview scheduling tool has saved many hours on our end.
  • This has allowed us to streamline our process and provide a seamless process for the candidate when they apply through our website, sign up for events, apply for jobs, and sign up for interviews. It's all one account.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Oleeo is the most powerful recruitment software available in the market today. We used it for fully automating the Recruitment process and the workflows associated with it. We were able to hire candidates through multi-channel reach. It offers mobile app for reaching out to candidates personally any time. It has robust applicant tracking system and inbuilt depth recruitment reporting which made our reporting requirements a breeze.

  • We consider it as a best buy for campus hiring coz no other tool offers the features Oleeo offers when it comes to campus hiring
  • The cloud offering could have been better and implementation is a cumbersome process
  • Talent pool management is very nice and it serves the purpose of redeployment very well
