The Mitrefinch workforce management suite is suitable for medium to large organizations. It is used by over 4,000 organizations to measure, analyze and manage employees' working time, and deploy human resources more efficiently. Modules include time & attendance, absence management, scheduling, employee self-service, mobile workforce, and HR.

Employee Scheduling enables managers to create schedules and manage shifts with complex flextime specifications. The system ensures that necessary skills are represented at each shift, and can specify which client or project an employee is working on. The Employee Self Service module provides a time and attendance system that enables employees to track and manage their own time and attendance, request shift changes and see other data such as payroll, vacation time and entitlements.

The HR module includes features for streamlining the hiring process, managing the employee performance review process, as well as training and certifications. Time and Attendance enables organizations to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and is automatically updated as regulations change.

Absence Management is designed to handle all planned and unplanned absences. Managers can track and analyze planned and unplanned absences by department, group, or by absence occurrence. The software can also be configured to record budgets, and to notify managers when overtime budgets are in danger of being exceeded.
