Onstream Meetings allows users to set up and manage meetings in the cloud. The platform does not require any pre installation, training or configuration. It includes advanced security options, and unlimited monthly meetings. Pricing starts at $19/month for up to 25 participants. 

Onsteam Meetings has a simple interface for both moderators and participants, and is easy to use. Features include live video & audio streaming, messaging & chat, whiteboard & markup, a content library, branding, rights management, recording, real-time reporting, and even management, as well as application, desktop & video sharing.

Great for small businesses

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Easy to setup
  • Friendly UI

Cons

  • Integration with existing services
  • With company moving toward VoIP solution this becomes obsolete as we get the same service already included in the price of VoIP and we also do get this ability for free through Office 365 (online version, no dial-in)

Return on Investment

  • There is no need to purchase new service where you may already have existing service that includes the very same thing
  • It is great for small businesses that need this for presentations, support, etc.
