  • Hard to keep it updated and doesn't stay current with new VMware releases
  • Very difficult to open a ticket since it does not have a service tag

  • Helps ensure all the hosts are running equal firmware which aids in less troubleshooting time
  • I can't use this with my 6.5 hosts since it is not supported yet
