Content management has been the greatest role played by OpenText eDOCS. It allows me to prepare and edit any document in the project before publishing. It has effective proofreading features that highlight errors in any content to enhance better reflections. It can be maintained with minimal cost with a flexible user interface. It has the capability to transfer files automatically once they have been approved to a suitable destination.
