Oracle PeopleSoft ERP is used for nearly all of my daily business operations, including Human Resource management, course scheduling, student course enrollment, and some functions of budget management. It's comprehensive and fairly intuitive to navigate. It some regards the system is simple and seemingly dated, but it functions as it should and sometimes simple is better.

We also use it for training and performance material, so employees can complete their required trainings. It helps address the problem of having multiple databases to address employee information.
