Peercomps provides two services for the business broker community, small business owners and valuation professionals: a single-source database of small business transactions and a business valuation tool. The services were developed to provide members with consistent, accurate, and reliable business transaction data that sets the right expectations when buying or selling a business. Peercomps' transaction data is gathered from ONE-SOURCE: SBA lenders in the United States. The data encompasses the majority of industry classifications/NAICS codes.

In addition to the business comparables reports, Peercomps also offers a business valuation tool that uses the comparables database to help our members obtain an accurate and reliable business valuation in 15 minutes or less. Both tools are simple to use and helps our business brokers and financial professionals members navigate their clients towards the right value proposition when buying and selling a business. For our small business owners, having a pulse on their company's value compared to their peers in an industry can help drive smarter business decisions and support succession planning.
