This flexibility enables them to connect seamlessly using their preferred hardware while still benefiting from the robust features of the Pexip platform. Additionally, this interoperability extends to popular communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, ensuring smooth collaboration across different tools.

We have been using this tool to arrange our virtual meetings. It is a great software and has provided us ease to get connected from almost anywhere and with the same HD quality. It has many useful features like screen sharing and recording that are helping us in a variety of ways and helping us in experiencing the most reliable virtual collaboration.
Pros
With the help of its screen-sharing feature, we can give presentations and can share files with all participants.
Its recording feature works so well.
It provides HD-quality audio and video.
Its hand-raising feature helps in maintaining discipline as participants first raise their hands and then ask a question.
Cons
It requires high bandwidth internet and doesn’t work well with a weak connection.
Its system gets clunky with a large number of participants.
Its pricing is not good.
Likelihood to Recommend
This video meeting software is good for all those who want to collaborate with their teams on some serious business discussions and it provides the best quality of video without any interruption. Its features work perfectly well from recording to scheduling. But it is not favorable when someone is facing a weak internet connection.
Pexip Inifinity is being used as the sole Video Conferencing Platform within our organisation. Previously, the organisation had to subscribed to numerous different technology and software suites to make sure that we could interface with our clients across the world, all of whom used a wide variety of systems, now, with Pexip Inifinity, we have a single platform with which to interface with all our clients. This saves on cost, complexity, and time.
Pros
Interfaces seamlessly with Skype, Google Hangouts and Microsoft Teams.
The ability to have two content items on the screen at one time, being video of the presenters and a sharescreen, or open document, is brilliant.
Pexip Infinity is available as a full on-premises solution, which is great for a defence industry enterprise.
Cons
Some of the configuration options are too complicated and present too many options to the user.
Finding other cons is difficult; the software is seamless.
Likelihood to Recommend
Pexip Infinity is well suited to these specific scenarios:
Companies that do a lot of video conferencing with clients, having to use specific technologies to interface with them. Without having to purchase another suite, Pexip Infinity allows the company to do just that.
Pexip Infinity is not well suited to these scenarios:
Due to the cost of the solution, Pexip Inifinity is not well suited for use within companies. Whilst it works really well, using it in a company with the ability to implement the same core technology does not justify the price of a package that is specifically built to integrate multiple technologies.

I’m constantly in creativity mode so I needed a communication tool that is one click simple. If I have to expend multiple steps just to use a [web conferencing] technology, it is not good enough for me.
We chose another product that demo’d very well. However the purchased version required a multi-step process [to set up]. Since we had invested all of that trial time, and knew everything else was not good enough for my needs, we stuck with our first choice, hoping to adapt quickly, but it just got worse and my projects were feeling the pain too. Then my CEO found Videxio, on TrustRadius’s site and in less than one day!
That single decision changed everything and basically unstuck the pipeline of opportunity I had lined up!
Pros
It’ s Fast! Time is money and having such a great end-user experience on both sides matters!
Positive ROI is immediate - no heavy installs of HW nor any complexity of SW install either
Highest Security - they have clearly used design thinking from experience. No chance of any caller dropping in on the call before theirs.
Unlimited number of video calls per day because one no longer has to lose valuable productivity time in setting one up.
Cons
I am so grateful to have found the perfect video all tool I can’t recommend any improvements. But I know they are great listeners and will send any I think of in the future.

If you value your productivity time but need to make a lot of video calls, this is the perfect software for you.
It is also perfect for when you want to record lots of video calls, as in customer research, so you can share verbatim what those customers said with your new product development teams.
Videxio is currently being used across our entire organization. We have locations across the United States in different time zones so video conferencing is an absolute must. Dialing in for users who don't have immediate access to a computer is a great feature as well, especially when some employees are busy driving/getting to work.
Pros
Ease of use - The product is extremely user-friendly
Being able to use many video conference devices with minimal hassle is a nice bonus.
The sound and video quality are some of the best I've experienced
Cons
Lack of a chat feature which I hope to eventually be part of the product in case someone's mic cuts out.

There are many meetings that take place in our business and we also have many remote employees. Videxio allows everyone to participate and be part of a conference, which is much different than just being on the phone. Our weekly performance meeting is a must-attend event and Videxio makes it easier.
We are using Videxio for videoconferencing of interviews we are doing on a project. We are also using it for in-house videocalls with our 100% remote professional staff and our clients. We first discovered Videxio on this TrustRadius site! We have used nearly every videoconferencing tech there is: Webex, GoToMeeting, Skype etc.., then finally settled on Zoom.
However, once we started increasing the volumes of calls we were doing it became clear that even Zoom was still to complex and our interview projects were backing up, never a good thing to have happen. So we were really in a scramble to find something fast, secure, easy to use and priced right. From TrustRadius we found the one tech we'd not heard of yet: Videxio. It's exactly what we needed to process volumes of videocalls, both for this project as well as for our increasing internal videocomm needs and client growth.
Pros
Easy to use: It integrates with whatever calendar system you already have.
Great end-user experience: End users, both in-house and our clients all can access a dedicated Videxio room in one click. No need to download any app, and when videocalls are all back-to-back, overruns of 1 to another because an app download is required is no longer an acceptable option (a problem most other such tech still have).
Customer Support: As easy as Videxio is to get started with and use, since we got it on a Friday, we tested it out over the w/e and their customer support was just as great as it has been during normal business hours.
Security: Since it's a dedicated room, we don't have to worry about clients mistakenly coming in to a private conversation with another client. A dedicated room also leaves cybersecurity to thier in-house experts.
Cons
It's hard to find anY cons. But perhaps, the "getting started" manual which is available, and they do send it when you first start, which is needless and far too big whould be replaced by a 15 minute videocall. That's so much better a way to go as no one has time to read so much anymore.
Likelihood to Recommend
Specifically, if you have reason to have multiple videocalls in a day, and especially if that's a long term pattern, Videxio is the best choice of any of the 30+ others out there. Also, if your videocalls are always running over and you're concerned about security/privacy/confidentiality issues, Videxio will remove those problems.
