What is PlanTRAK?

PlanTRAK is a web-based environmental management system that helps users organize, assign, and track compliance requirements across multiple facilities, to know exactly what’s happening—or not happening—at each facility. PlanTRAK features a task management system that enables the user to:

How does PlanTRAK Work?
Each facility has a Management Plan (compliance schedule) containing the facility's recurring requirements, or tasks. These Management Plans automatically create and assign tasks to users with email reminders of approaching or overdue due dates. Documents, SOPs, checklists, permits, or other pertinent information can be attached to these tasks for instruction or other information for the assigned user. As regulations, permits, facilities, or staff changes, the user can manage and update the environmental management plan at each facility.

PlanTRAK also offers tools for managing audit and inspection findings, action plans, documents, and checklists.
