Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Pobuca is a great tool that supported us in managing all our contacts in an organized manner (which were messed up earlier). Now we can get the contact of our need anywhere and anytime effortlessly. And it has enabled us to share business contacts with our team members, too. It is a great virtual assistant. Pobuca has made our lives easy, as we don’t need to worry about losing any important contacts and we can get access to our contacts and can share any with any of our team members from almost anywhere without any difficulty.

Pros

We can add any contact into it easily.
It has the option to edit any contact.
It allows us to manage our contacts in any order of our choice--either alphabetically or any other way according to our ease.

Cons

Its ability to scan business cards needs to be more advanced.
Integration should be made less complicated.

It is a great tool for everyone who has a lot of contacts to manage and is not good at keeping contacts. It has the capacity to hold a massive number of contacts and it arranges them so one can effortlessly find any of their contacts without wasting time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it to save contacts for our whole company to utilize. It allows everyone to have access to the same contacts and not have to request information about it.

Pros

Contacts are entered easily.
It has many options for different types of information you can input.
The ability to take pictures of business cards and it stores it makes it easier to find at a later date.

Cons

It forces you to fill out information when you may not have it.
It separates by organization and person which isn't useful.

Likelihood to Recommend

Pobuca works well with small businesses. Your whole company can have access to contacts and can easily share contacts. It's easy to use and input information. It's simple to set up for all your employees. Having access to business cards with simply taking a picture is a nice feature. It's overall ease of use and simple interface makes it an effective program.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Pobuca as our main database. We migrated all our contacts from Outlook into Pobuca, and are engrossing it as we speak. We have had, however, I do have some issues with it. It freezes quite often and does not have an alphabetical display to go to all the "f"s for instance, so you have to scroll down until you reach the desired letter. Merging contacts is also a bit rudimentary, you have to choose at least 2 contacts to merge, then scroll aaaaall the way up, for the merge button to appear at the very start of the contact list, so this takes quite a bit of time if you have more than a few duplicate contacts, and with the freezing, this takes up a lot of time doing. The rest works fine. The business card scan feature should work better also, some fields are not captured appropriately.

With Pobuca, if I need to make a list of contacts in a specific sector, I just choose the field, and get the immediate long list for it! Pobuca saves a lot of time, then you re-filter and get results fast.
