Our IT department team is using the Poly SAVI 7200 office series model as a corporate headset. The main purpose of this equipment is communication, and the main uses are softphone in mobile device and notebook and also to participate in online meetings using videoconference. What I like most about it is the external noise canceling system and in-ear comfort. I feel that with this headset I can pay better attention to conversations, online meetings and other activities that require audio.
Pros
- It has no wire and has an efficient charging system.
- Battery for up to 12 hours.
- High sound quality.
- Comfortable for the ears.
- Good fits for the head.
- Efficient technical support.
Cons
- Charging time is 3 hours. I believe if it were 1 to 2 hours it would be much better.
Likelihood to Recommend
Can be used in any communication scenario. I recommend it for everything from helpdesk professionals to managers who use it for online meetings and can make and receive voip calls using the headset. The Poly 7200 office series is a very comfortable portable wireless headset that I can take home and use on my softphone when I'm at home office. It has a good price for the cost benefit offered by Poly.
