Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses PostGrid Print & Mail to send bulk Christmas postcards to clients, partners, and employees. The Print and Mail API helps us throughout the mailings, allowing us to save time and effort when conducting our holiday campaigns. We really like how it lets us send small and large-scale shipments according to our needs and convenience.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PostGrid Print & Mail letter api to send letters right from our CRM. We needed a solution to send letters from our CRM based on specific triggers. There wasn't a proper solution like this and their api solution was perfect that integrated with our CRM. I would definitely recommend their tool if you have the use case.

We used PostGrid to automate our manual process of printing and mailing invoices in-house and also some we used to do it with outsourced mail vendor. We also connected with their Salesforce application for easy use. This was a very tedious process and it involved a lot of resources to accomplish this. With PostGrid it has been very easy to set up and get it up and running fast.

PostGrid is really well suited for companies that do a large volume of mailing either in-house or through a third party mailing house. Dealing with the vendor has been very difficult and our in-house cost has been particularly high. We needed a system to streamline this process and their software has been able to do that.

We use PostGrid Print & Mail to automate a lot of our compliance documents that is required by law to mail it to our customers. They needed to be HIPAA compliant and we were using Salesforce to track it. So, we also needed a Salesforce integration that allowed us to automate it as well as get real time data and tracking on them. PostGrid Print & Mail was the perfect solution for it.

In my opinion, PostGrid Print & Mail is great platform if you are looking to send HIPAA compliant mails that are very sensitive in nature. Also if you do this inhouse and have a manual process I highly recommend exploring PostGrid Print & Mail as they will definitely take out a lot of the back functions and manual work that are done in-house.

We were using our mailroom staff to mail customer statements with a full staff. This was not very efficient and we had lot of errors and problems associated with this process. We had no insights into our analytics and we constantly had to compile data at the end of the month for reporting as well. PostGrid helped us mitigate it.

We use PostGrid to automate the printing and mailing of checks for our platform. Previously we had an in-house function with 10 staff doing it manually. There were a lot of equipment handling that was done and we used to manually stuff the the checks in the envelopes and drop it off to USPS.

PostGrid is great if you are mailing business checks for your business. There are other platforms and tools however they are either very expensive and are not very simple to use. All we did was attach our bank accounts, signature and payee details and we easily integrated using REST API with their platform to automate the sending of checks through our platform.

We use to send marketing mails and postcards to people who add products to checkout cart. Previously we used to take those database and give it our print room and they had to match the templates to the users and give brief to the print shop for them to print and mail which was a very complicated process.

We use PostGrid as native integration with our HubSpot platform to automate mailing for our CRM users and all the contacts. It has been a really easy setup process to get up and running without any complications. Their integration team was really helpful from the start in helping us set up and train on the platform and the integration.
