Procare manages parent notifications, communication and billing for all families at the facility. As I parent I use Procare to monitor my child's acitivities throughout the day, as well as communicate with caregivers through the messaging features. We also have auto-pay setup in Procare for weekly billing. Procare is also what is used to sign children in and out of daycare daily and all documents are housed in the Procare app as well.

Cannot setup or change auto-pay settings in the app.
If multiple children are in different schools that both use Procare, you must switch schools in order to see notifications from each child.
Cannot see/control who messages go to whether they need to be see by room staff or administration.

It's good for monitoring and communication, but is very clunky when it comes to billing. It's nice that all messages for a student come up in the same conversation, but it would be nice if I could send message to only Administration or only room staff and also receive notification that my message has been read.
Procare has allowed us to move forward in a positive way, implementing more online communication with parents. It provides easy access for parents to check in throughout the day and communicate directly with the caregivers in their child's classroom. This open communication proves to aid in the level of care we wish to provide at our center. Communication includes daily information about their child, monthly newsletters and curriculum information.

I believe the accessibility is key. We have found Procare to be very user friendly and there are many tutorials which help you learn the ins and outs of the software. Our consultant team has continued to be helpful and check in regularly, even from a different time zone which is appreciated.
