I am the main project manager for a high end interior and exterior millwork fabricator. We specialize in anything woodworking and serve high end clients in Palm Beach and Jupiter Florida. I use Procore to organize everything. I use it to manage submittals, drawings, RFI's, and approvals during the drawing process. Procore helps me keep all parties involved and accountable to staying on track for timing and for all schedules. I use Procore everyday and it helps me not have things fall through the cracks as much as they normally would without Procore.

I am a consultant who reviews submittals, RFIs, etc. for projects in Procore. Procore makes managing paperwork for projects easier. It minimizes actual paper and most document review and approvals can be done electronically. The approvals go from one person to the next and the flow of the paperwork is maintained.

Biggest problem is slow downs in the program when uploading approved submittals and other documents.

I usually use Procore for making RFA submittals (Request for Approval) & RFI (Request for Information) addressed to our structural consultants. The process was very helpful because of the workflow arrangement made by Procore. I don't need to send emails to each person involved in the submittal for them to review it. You can add them to the workflow, and they will be notified that they need to review something I sent. Of course, they have to have their Procore account. Procore also made my monitoring very convenient because it can also store approved documents using the drawing tools & the documents tools. You can easily send the links of these tools to the people that you want to share the link with, so that you have a common reference. Another thing I like about using Procore is that it notifies you when your submittal (RFA & RFI) has been approved or disapproved by the relevant party. You don't need to check it regularly to determine if the submittal has already been commented on. You need to click the "Create and send email" button, and Procore will notify all individuals included in the workflow and the distribution list. With just one click, everyone will receive an email regarding the submittal you created.

I’m with a contracting development corporation that focuses on plumbing, but we also accept other scopes of work. Procore is very helpful in our day-to-day site operations. The best part here is that it’s easy to use—even one of our older employees adjusted quickly. From document organization to reviewing plans, it was clear and simple. Even the Procore app is very user-friendly, and extremely helpful in our coordination with general contractors and other trades.

• No Time = Multiple Projects
• Because we used Procore, we were able to reduce admin work by around 25%, especially in RFI tracking, daily logs, and document coordination. There used to be no time, now it’s faster. No need to add people, but we have more projects to handle. We heard about a 15% increase in our ACV in one year.
• More Visibility = No More Back and Forth
• Before we used Procore, there were a lot of mistakes because there was no clear communication in the office and field. Now, the updates are real-time, and we are sure the drawings are always updated. In turn, rework and change orders go down, so we save more time and materials, it’s not an unwanted expense.
• Some Friction for Smaller Jobs. The setup and processes can slow things down when speed is the priority. That means it doesn’t always give us strong ROI in those cases. But for larger or more complex projects, the value is very clear—it helps us scale confidently while staying organized and consistent.

I am an architect working on multiple projects under construction with a construction budget of $10M - $50M. Procore is a powerful document management tool that streamlines distribution and tracking of documents such as submittals, RFIs, and Meeting Minutes. It works best when all stakeholders are involved, which sadly is not always the case, so I still have to track things separately. The product is improving all the time, but I really do not like the graphic interface for meeting minutes which are difficult to read and navigation between issues covered in the meeting is difficult and suffers from lost information if each issue is not saved every time you switch issues.

• I am not involved in the software costs to our firm, but I have experience with others leaving Procor due to high costs relative to the competition.
