Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's being used for task management, client management, project overview, and progress analysis. It includes tools for task and project management, quote-issuing, billing, time reporting etc. Quotation and invoicing monitoring is well handled by this software, overall this one is performing up to the expectations for projects monitoring and analysis.

Pros

Best tool to keep track of progress and people
Customizable & adaptable to all of your business needs
This can be accessed through various mobile devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones (for Android, Windows and iOS phones).

Cons

Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
I think it should have more automation for the tasks

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks.
Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability.
Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow.
Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses ProWorkflow for online project management. We use it to keep track of the hours we spend on certain tasks or projects both for ourselves and for our clients.

Pros

Makes it easy to find and organize projects.
Makes it easy to separate sub-tasks within projects.

Cons

Wish it was faster to add time to a project that you are working on.

Likelihood to Recommend

ProWorkflow is well suited for project management when you have multiple people collaborating on different aspects of the same project. Having an online application to contribute to and track hours is very convenient.
